Not only for monday, they open everyday. Cozy vegetarian restaurant in Taipei near Brown Line, they served vegetarian and vegan with a lot of options.
I tried the Sichuan Style Noodles 中國風川味麵, it was good and tasted like Mala almost never had this in Taiwan
