My favorite Vietnamese vegetarian food in Taipei 🇻🇳🌱 I always come back for their Xiangchun Fried Rice or Curry Rice — both are super comforting. But the one thing I never skip is their 招牌炸麥皮 (Signature Fried Mai Pi). Crispy, savory, and seriously addictive 😂 Definitely one of my go-to vegetarian spots in Taipei.
