Vegigo for event organizers
Stop running your event out of a spreadsheet.
List your market, pop-up or class where vegetarian diners are already looking — then take sign-ups on the listing itself and see exactly who is coming.

Everything an organizer keeps in six different places.
A form, a spreadsheet, a group chat, a printed list for the door, and a nagging suspicion about how many people are actually turning up. This is all of it on one page, attached to the listing people found you through.
Sign-ups on the listing itself
A registration form right where people find you — no second link, no account needed to fill it in. Ask whatever you need: party size, dietary requirements, which session.
The list of everyone coming
Names, contact details and every answer, in one table you can search and export to CSV. Check people off at the door as they arrive.
A waitlist that runs itself
Set a capacity and Vegigo counts seats, not sign-ups — a party of four takes four. Once you are full, the next person joins a waitlist instead of being turned away.
Numbers you can act on
Views, sign-ups and taps through to your own page, day by day. See whether your Instagram post actually moved anything.
One message to everyone registered
Venue changed, rain plan, gates open earlier — send it once, from your dashboard, with replies coming back to you.
An audience that is already looking
Vegigo diners search for vegetarian, vegan, halal and Buddhist-vegetarian food on purpose. Your event sits next to the restaurants they already trust.

Questions organizers ask
- What does it cost?
- Nothing today. The organizer dashboard is free while Vegigo grows its audience. If we ever charge for it, existing organizers get told well in advance — we will not switch a running event off behind you.
- Do people need the Vegigo app to sign up?
- No. The registration form on your listing works for anyone with an email address. People who do use the app can also tap “I’m going”, and both show up in your dashboard.
- Who can see the details people give me?
- You can. The form says plainly that the answers go to the organizer, and the confirmation email repeats it. Vegigo does not sell that data or add anyone to a mailing list because they registered for your event.
- What kinds of events fit?
- Vegetarian and vegan markets, pop-ups, supper clubs, cooking classes, food festivals and community meetups. If the food works for vegetarian diners, it fits.
- Can more than one person manage an event?
- Not yet — one account per event for now. Use a shared inbox address when you submit, and whoever confirms that inbox holds the dashboard.
